Don’t say “Return to Office”

Roles: Creative director, writer, director, editor

Corporate Communications wanted something to combat the unpopular In-Office Expectations Mandate; aka ‘a rebranded return to office’. So I created a 5-episode video series that celebrated the unique culture of Truist that creates genuine relationships amongst teammates.

I had 2 weeks to put everything together. My Truist teammates were incredible and stepped up to every challenge.

It became the most viewed and engaged posts in 2024.

Inside CSBB

Roles: Executive producer, director, editor

This monthly video series for Consumer and Small Business Banking aims to connect teammates with leadership, share line of business information, and inspire teammates.

Viewership and completion rates have increased more than 35% since I began producing the series.

Thought Leadership & Leadership Branding

Roles: Executive producer, director, editor

Since the Truist merger, leaders throughout Truist needed to connect with more audiences both internally and externally. Some wanted to grow as thought leaders on LinkedIn, others wanted to introduce themselves to their newly expanded teams, and others wanted to share their business wins.

Every leader I worked with met their varying engagement goals, from increased social followers to higher internal approval ratings.
