GUESS MY FUN FACTS

😏

GUESS MY FUN FACTS 😏

  • By being the friend who is down for anything…. Sophomore year my suite mate came to my dorm room saying there was a summer hang gliding instructor bootcamp in the Outer Banks, NC. If you survive, you get a job.

One of the greatest jobs I’ve ever had.

  • I can make grown men cry in interviews. In a good way!

I’ve interviewed hundreds of people in my career. Whether I’m filming for a documentary or while researching a client, I love to get to the heart of what makes someone passionate about their work. Honestly, I think a lot of men in particular have not been asked to dig deep into why they do what they do. Once they have the space to express their hearts, then these sweet tears of care come out, and it’s so beautiful!

They inevitably joke about hating it, but their smirks tell me they love it.

  • One night in Peru I was almost kidnapped and stabbed while making a documentary about child sex trafficking.

Yes, it’s the most insane story. No, I still have not told my mom.
