Every personality test I take, every professional evaluation, I score a 100% on the empathy chart. It’s what makes me a great leader and a great teammate.

I think it’s why I’m so obsessed with stories, asking the right questions, and the TV show Couples Therapy. (FYI - a great watch if you haven’t already binged it.)

If I want my creativity to actually do something, I need to put myself into the minds and hearts of my audience so they can be engaged and inspired.

If I want to be the best leader, I need to understand my team’s needs and potential, so we can come together to do amazing work.

One night in Peru I was almost kidnapped and stabbed while making a documentary about child sex trafficking.

Yes, it’s the most insane story. No, I still have not told my mom.
